Some Very Important But Confusing Questions
Q: What is the difference between "ACT" and "RULES" in the language of law??
Ans: Act is the collection of laws which is passed in parliament. It is introduced in parliament in form of "Bill". The latest example for it is Jan Lokpal Bill. Rules are formed to follow the laws made under an act properly. Rules need not to be passed in parliament for changing it or to make it. But the authorization for making the rules is already described in law.
